Prezi is an excellent program because it instigates interaction, is accessible, intuitive, and allows dynamic and fast access. Its varied windows, adjusted with a few movements, spread creativity and motivation in our explanations, facilitating the understanding of the message in question. I use it for my study orientations and more dynamic explanations of the content to be studied with my students.
- Prezi is an excellent, accessible, intuitive, dynamic interaction program.
- Prezi video is a wonderful tool because you can use content, drawings, music, and various other ideas while you speak.
- It can be connected through LinkedIn or Facebook; I choose Facebook because it brings me the version already in Portuguese
- The disadvantage of Prezi compared to PowerPoint is that it can only be downloaded on a notebook with 4 gigabytes of RAM; this is a technical problem that sometimes leads to other presentation choices.
- The ghost effect with improper use of zoom, blurred images; double attention is needed with this layering effect.
Lots of presentations are made for customer meetings, internal company meetings, or even smaller departmental meetings. While PowerPoint has always been the gold standard and is still commonly used throughout our organization, Prezi presents (ha) a modern alternative that works great and has many advantages. The main advantage I see stems from being able to work on the presentation online from a web browser. This allows collaborative editing amongst teammates on the go or remotely and works more seamlessly than making edits, sending the file, reviewing edits, etc. Ultimately, Prezi is a convenient tool to make attention-grabbing and interesting presentations that everyone should try.

Easy as Prezi
Prezi is used by many graduate students for in-class presentations. It is highly recommended by all instructors as well as industry experts. This is not mandatory but something that is recommended. Doesn't address as such a business problem but gives a platform for students to present their projects.
- Unlike Powerpoint, Prezi has a creative design tool wherein someone can start from scratch and add content through creative designs on it.
- Prezi is very interactive and engaging. It allows for video and audio files to be embedded into the presentation at a low byte rate thus making the entire presentation eat less of the hard drive.
- It is for all ages. Is free and can easily be shared on all communication platforms.
- One needs to have internet to use Prezi. Powerpoint and Google Slides can be used offline as well.
- Not widely used by different businesses hence when sharing the files, it can quickly be rejected by different clients.
- It can have some technical issues when working on MacBook. Also, a lot more time consuming to export the file on to the desktop or other spaces on PC.

My experience with Prezi
I normally use Prezi to create special presentations about products and/or services. Basically we use it for sales presentations or conference sessions. We understand it is very interesting for specific situations, but we did not abandon other tools such as PowerPoint. Actually Prezi is used only by a small part of the sales department.
- It is great for creating more compelling and attractive presentations. A wide variety of features and possibilities.
- Dozens of fantastic templates that may be easily adopted. It helps a lot in terms of productivity, specially for beginners.
- It provides many resources and options to create presentations with sophisticated visual and animations.
- It is simple and easy to use - no need of programming knowledge to create animations, import assets, edit and export the presentations.
- Sometimes, the tool may become slow during certain activities depending on the internet connection and PC capabilities, since it is a cloud solution.
- The edition of certain simple objects from the library are a bit limited, but there is always the option to import external objects such as images, forms, etc.
- Limited exporting options. It should offer more freedom for authors in terms of publishing the presentations in other plaforms, when compared to other tools.

an ingenious way to show ideas
The first time we used Prezi in the company was in a presentation that I had to perform on some statistical data. On that occasion the information was boring so I decided to do something more flashy and entertaining and the truth is, many loved how dynamic it can make a presentation. From that moment (2 years), almost half of the people who must make these data presentations and reports use Prezi (which are the youngest) and the rest continue to use ppt.
- it's much more dynamic than a simple ppt
- allows to realize a and ornganize a more concrete mental map
- saves your presentations, so you always have a backup.
- I think a problem is that if you do not use paid version if you must be connected to the internet
- if you are not aware of what you are doing it is easy to get lost due to the multiple connections since there is no way to do it linearly and then pass the presentation to an interactive format

Dynamic and Engaging Online Presentation Platform!
We currently use Prezi in two ways. It is primarily used for our CEO's presentations at trade shows, conferences, special events, and for webinars. We have been building our presentations through Prezi for over 3 years now, and have become proficient in editing and presenting remotely. I work directly with my CEO to create the presentation, he reviews and edits on the road, and I make any final adjustments from our home office before he goes live on stage. We also use it for internal presentations about our culture and benefits when onboarding new employees.
- It is engaging and dynamic. Instead of click-thru slides, you get a comprehensive view and then "zoom" from one slide to the next. It is more visually pleasing than other presentation platforms.
- Ease of Use - I can create and animate a presentation in under an hour if I have all materials available.
- Links to online imagery - It's great to be able to search for an image to use right from the platform rather than having to search elsewhere and then paste into the presentation
- A download to PowerPoint (including animations) would be a great back-up to have if the online platform isn't available at a conference or event.
- The ability to present offline never seems to work correctly. There's room for improvement there.

Creative replacement powerpoint
Prezi is used by project managers in the preparation of creative presentations. These presentations are used on the company's educational courses on Internet marketing, PR, promotion on the Internet.
On the other hand, we prepare presentations for experts at the conferences that we organize.
This solution is not universal. It is necessary to understand when appropriate.

- Poor compatibility of PowerPoint. Only with Prezi.
- Sometimes sick of constant approach and separation of the camera.
- Using Prezi requires a certain visual literacy. Otherwise, the presentation can resemble a dump of different in style elements or, let's say more correctly, a kaleidoscope. In Prezi, this is more noticeable than in PowerPoint.
- Some participants in the presentation will experience a certain emotional discomfort due to a violation of the standard presentation of information. Others will not be able to make notes in the usual mode, etc.

Prezi is pretty and pretty awesome
We use it to show presentations to potential advertisers on our website. It is an easy solution for collaborating on a single presentation. Also, it is very visually appealing. All of the templates and themes are kept modern to the current designs we see from great companies. This sets us apart from the typical sales pitch.

I've never had a student fall asleep in class!
I use Prezi in all of my undergraduate courses. I find Prezi to be more engaging than a traditional PowerPoint and it helps organize the content of my lectures. Most presentations are linear and students today often just expect to be handed the slides. Prezi allows me to organize content spatially, in a way that appeals to many types of learners. My students also take notes - by hand! They follow along with the Prezi and remain interested throughout the class lecture and discussion. I teach marketing classes, so I use a ton of examples from YouTube, Vimeo, and other multimedia websites. Prezi has saved me so much time because I do not need to download and embed videos in PowerPoint or try to make sure they actually play -- I can just click the link and insert it, and I never have to leave the Prezi platform. My students consistently say the videos and examples I share in class are extremely valuable -- Prezi provides a platform to seamlessly and easily share multimedia content!
- Excellent for integrating web-based media (e.g., videos, photos)!

- Engages the viewers so they stay focused throughout the presentation.
- User interface can be challenging at first.
- Cannot rename hyperlinks, so they can appear clunky.
- Internet is a must, if you do not have the paid version. Downfall of a web-based platform.
- Can give the viewers motion sickness if it's not used well. Must have a keen eye for design!
My organization uses Prezi for visitor orientations and webinars with participants from 80+ countries.

Prezi Presentations Over PowerPoint
I've used it to present the implementation of a new project to my project team and department heads. The business problem being addressed is communication of information to internal customers.
- Open canvas - this is a strength because you aren't restricted to slides. Scales well.
- Zooming - you can zoom in on images to reveal more details. Or zoom out to reveal an overview. It makes presentations follow a better logical flow of thought.
- Easy to edit: you can easily manipulate information and objects by clicking and dragging.
- Auto sizing of images - it would be easier if Prezi could auto re-size images that are too large instead of being forced to edit them in Photoshop or Paint.
- Deleting frames - now when deleting frames, everything inside the frame gets deleted. It was not like this in the past. If we want to re-frame something, it's difficult to do since everything inside the frame is tied to the frame.
- Fonts - we're restricted to prezi fonts. It'd be nice to be able to use generally accepted HTML/CSS fonts as well.
